Pedestal Gifts has provided the following payment procedure as an alternative to WIX's devoted Store Platform. This procedure allows for a more seamless process when tracking orders, as well as addressing customer service issues.
Please note that delivery of products will generally occur within the following time frames:
Express Deliver - 2 to 3 Business Days
Standard Delivery - 7 to 10 Business Days
Economy Delivery - 10 to 14 Business Days
As with any Delivery System, the total cost for delivery will also be determined by the following:
1. Number of Items / Weight
2. Method of Delivery (Express, Standard, or Economy)
3. Destination Region (Delivery Address) for Product(s)
Payment Instructions
1. Zelle Option - Customers must Access the Zelle Mobile App (www.zellepay.com) and follow the options for 'How to Send Money'. If not already enrolled, simply download the Mobile App. to send or receive payments. The App. can also process payments using a Credit Card or Debit Card.. Customers are encouraged to contact their bank or credit union to verify if they are already linked with the Zell App.. Our company's Identifier is its email:

Note: There are no transaction fees to use Zelle..
2. Pay Pal Option - Go to the Pay Pal website, and locate our company's account by entering its email: pedestalgifts@gmail.com.. **The 'Guest Checkout' option can also be used if you are not a Pay Pal Account holder. (See PayPal's policy concerning this feature) **
Note: Acceptable payment methods when using Pay Pal are as follows : Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover); Debit Card (with Visa or Master Card Logos Only); Funds Transfer through your Venmo Account, or your own Pay Pal Account . Once you have made your product selections by completing the order form, please indicate the method of payment inside the 'Payment Method' box at the bottom of the order form by typing Zelle or Pay Pal..
Be advised that currency conversion rates as well as transaction fees may apply for International orders, and will be reflected in the grand total shown in the actual invoice returned to you once these fees have been calculated; Example - If you are paying with Canadian Dollars, the fees would be $0.05 (or five cents) for every $10.00 (ten dollars) in U.S. Dollars, plus the standard transaction fee that applies based on the method of payment.

Once your payment has been verified through Pay Pal or Zelle, your order will be placed with the Print Provider within 24 hours for fulfillment. A receipt for your purchase will also be emailed to you upon verification of payment. The receipt will also include an Order Number containing the prefix 'PSG'. You will be advised of the expected delivery date for your order by email, when the production process is completed.

Instructions for completing the Order Form
Open Browsers for 'Galleries' and 'Order Platform'..Make note of your Gallery ID selections for 'product category', and Gallery ID's for Front and Back. Type in your selections in the appropriate boxes on the order form. Fill in the Addressee information above it. Type in the values for Product Color by including the number as well as the name of the color (Example: 5-Solid Black) No more than two Gallery ID#'s are permitted in a single 'Gallery' field, separated by a comma. For all other boxes on the form (highlighed in white), use the drop-down arrow to the right side of it, then click on the selection that applies to the order. If the 'Quantity' is more than four (4) you must manually type in the quantity. Click on the 'Calendar Icon' in the Date box, then use your mouse to select the day, month, and year the order was placed. All fields on the form must be filled in to successfully SUBMIT. If no image is selected for a particular side (Front or Back), type 'None'. (If the product you choose will contain the 'Design Option'-Modified Logo for either side, simply type in 'Design Option' in the applicable Gallery ID Box)..Use the abbreviations under 'Shipment Options' to choose the delivery method for your product(s) by selecting from the corresponding drop-down menu in the 'Shipping Method' box. NOTE: Completion of this form is acknowledgement of your acceptance of 'Terms & Conditions' and the 'Privacy Policy'.
